Darts training arrows


Because of their shape and weight of the arrows a good grip and are therefore good in the hand. During our workshops report that many darts players throw the darts to get used to compared to throwing their own arrows, but they often quickly come into better performance!

Throw more and run less is better. Therefore we recommend to our exercises to play with a number of 15 to 24 arrows. This leaves you more 'in your exercise. You're busy practicing intensive and less walking up and down. You will become better focused and more effective throwing!
